Product descriptions, images and specifications on this site are provided for procurement reference. Where a specification is critical to fit or performance, it is confirmed in writing against a drawing, a sample or an order contract before production.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Price depends on material, quantity, customization and delivery terms; a change to any of these may change the price. Trade terms are EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR or DDP as stated in the quotation.

Compliance statements

Certifications listed on this site (SGS verification, ISO 9001:2015, CE, UKCA, RoHS, REACH, CPR, ISO 9227) apply to the company and the product families stated. They are not equivalent to US ANSI/BHMA, UL or local building-code approvals. You are responsible for confirming that the product you order meets the requirements of your project and jurisdiction.

Intellectual property

Customer artwork, drawings and data files remain the property of the customer and are used only to produce the order. Tooling ownership is agreed in writing before development starts.

Limitation

Nothing on this website is a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Warranty terms are stated in the order contract.
