About factory · Video tour

Factory video tour: how storage locks are made

Transparency across every production cycle. Look at the floor, the inspection bench and the packing station before you place an order.

Casting and pressing workshop

Where the body of your lock starts — zinc-alloy and aluminium casting, then pressing, drilling and finishing.

Factory production floor walkthrough — machine stations and assembly positions in production zone 1.

Die casting

Six machines casting zinc alloy and aluminium to stable dimensions.

Pressing and drilling

Twelve presses and five drills forming bodies, plates and mounting holes.

Finish

Polishing, painting and plating to the agreed reference.

Manual assembly and inspection area

Where every mechanism gains quality. Assembly is done by hand so an experienced operator can feel spring tension and catch a stiff mechanism before it ships.

Manual assembly benches — operators assembling and checking each unit by hand.
Assembly
Cylinders, pins, springs and shackles assembled and function-tested.
Surface check
Each unit inspected by hand for porosity, plating defects and colour variation.
Function check
Key turn, latch travel and shackle release verified.
Serial marking
Laser marking of logos and serial numbers.

Quality control laboratory

Durability, load, corrosion and ageing checks — the difference between a finish that survives a coastal site and one that does not.

Durability and life-cycle testing rigs in the quality control laboratory.
  • Lock durability and cycling rigs
  • Tensile and impact load frames
  • Humidity and temperature ageing chambers
  • Salt spray cabinet
  • Optical inspection for surface and dimensional defects

Testing parameters are specific to each product and recorded per report. We do not apply one product's data to another.

Certificates and test records

Packaging and logistics

The real scale of your supply chain — how goods are packed so they arrive intact and clear customs without a surprise.

Packing verification

Quantity, labelling and carton condition checked against the packing list.

Export packing

Cartons and pallets configured to survive a sea container without crushing.

Documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list, HS code and certificates issued with the shipment.

Tour questions

Can we visit or hold a live video tour?

Yes. We host in-person visits in Wenzhou and scheduled live video walkthroughs for buyers who cannot travel. Tell us which areas matter most — casting, assembly, inspection or packing — and we will route the tour through them.

Can the tour focus on our product?

Yes. If you send the model or the drawing beforehand, we will film the relevant line and the inspection points that apply to your order rather than a generic walkthrough.

What will we actually see on the tour?

Four areas, in the order the product moves: the casting and pressing workshop, the manual assembly and inspection benches, the quality control laboratory, and the packing and despatch area. We can spend longer in whichever area matters most to your order.

Can we bring a third party or an inspector?

Yes. If your project requires an inspection agency or a consultant to attend, tell us in advance so we can schedule the relevant line and prepare the records they are likely to ask for.

How far ahead should we book a visit?

A week's notice is normally enough so we can make sure the line running your product family is in production on the day. For a live video tour, two or three working days is usually sufficient.
