Most buyers arrive with a job to finish, not a part number. Choose the job and we will take you to the hardware and the questions that matter for it.

We supply three kinds of buyer, and each one needs a different answer. Pick the one that describes you.
You need every site, and every future replacement, on the same specification.
Choose us to protect your maintenance budget, not just to lower the unit price.
Volume pricing, private label and a regular supply path for the models you resell.
We know the cost of a mixed container — consistent batches, consistent packaging.
OEM components — latches, cylinders and hasps built to your drawing or your sample.
Strict tolerances on mounting holes reduce rejects on your door line.

Delivery
Most first orders stall on shipping, not on the product. We quote EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP.
Send a door photo or cylinder size. We send a sample to confirm fit.
Batch production around 30 days after spec and artwork confirmation.
DDP, or coordinate with your own forwarder.
On DDP we handle freight, customs clearance and duties where available, so the price you see is the price you pay.
No forwarder? We can arrange shipping and send you the customs documents, including the HS code.
A defect found in the field costs more than the lock. Inspection is documented at every stage, and you approve the finished batch before it ships.
Testing parameters and reports are specific to each product. Tell us which standard your project requires and we will confirm what applies — we do not apply one product's test data to another.
Pre-shipment photos and video are sent for your approval before the goods leave.
Find the line that describes you. Each one goes straight to the page that answers it.
Standardise locks and key systems across every location, with a re-order path that keeps future replacements matching what is already installed.

Six questions that decide most first orders. The full list covers MOQ, keys, lead time, shipping and quality.
Disc padlocks, cylinder locks, roll-up door latches and hasps, and overlock hardware for vacant units, together with a keying plan that ties them together. Most facilities take a mix rather than a single part number.
Most start with a sample on one door and a first phase of units, then scale once the fit and the finish are confirmed. That keeps the first order low-risk while the price stays on the production schedule.
The SGS supplier verification report dated 30 October 2025, the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, CE and RoHS declarations, and the inspection record from a batch already shipped. Send the list you need and we will confirm what exists.
Yes, and it is the usual pattern. The specification and the keying plan are recorded against an order reference, so a second site is added to the same structure rather than specified from scratch.
Every order is produced against a written specification held with its order reference. Quote that reference and the replacement is made to the same drawing and the same keying, which is what keeps a site from drifting onto mixed hardware.
By email or WhatsApp, whichever is easier. A photo with a ruler in frame and a drawing of the hasp or the cylinder cut-out usually settles the fit question before a quotation is issued.

Before you ask
Price, MOQ and lead time are easy to publish. The questions that decide a first order are the uncomfortable ones — and we would rather answer them on a page than in a call after you have already formed a view.
Seven of them come up again and again. Each one has a full answer, including the parts that are not flattering.
We will reply within 4 business hours with a fit confirmation, a configuration and a price. If anything is unclear, we ask before quoting — not after.
